( Proses mengambil Air Nira, Buah Beluluk dan Memasak Air Nira hingga menjadi gula)
- Mengail Ikan di Sawah@Bondang dan makan tgh hari di tepi kolam dengan masakan kampung.
- Pesta Mengocha (Menangkap ikan secara beramai-ramai di sawah ketika air sawah kering)
- Pesta Mengomping (ketika musim padi)
- Pertunjukan Kebudayaan (Chak Lempong @ Kompang)

THE PRODUCTS THAT WE HAVE.

1. Process of producing "gula anau" or known as a palm sugar. This sugar is made from anau tree, from the sweet, watery sap that drips from cut flower buds. In some places this sugar also known as "gula kabong" or "gula melaka". In Negeri Sembilan it is known as "gula anau".
2. Process of cooking "Lemang"(rice that is made from the bamboo) . This is the most popular food that will be serve during Hari Raya (Raya Festival). "Lemang" is normally serve with "Rendang". We will dip lemang into "Rendang"(food that is made from chicken@beef@meet), when eating this food.

1.a) What is Anau Tree??

The wise man said "like safe your own leaf".This is indicated to this tree.If you see this tree, the leaves are very high compare with other tree around it. If we try to understand and relate this sentence to our life, it is best describe as a person that just secure his own interest without think about the other peoples.
We can find this tree in the bushes or in a small forest. It have "Mayang".From this "Mayang" we can get "Nira water" that can be produce to become a sugar, that is known as "Gula Anau" (Anau Sugar).

1.b) Nira Water
